A Syrian security source has denied what’s been said about the militants taking control over 60% of Aleppo city.
AFP quoted a Syrian official in Damascus, ‘this is untrue’ mean the insurgents having control … adding ‘the armed men advance not, but the Syrian Army has the full privilege, step by step’.
Earlier, the militia of Free Army claimed that they control over most points of Aleppo city.
The security source has clarified to the French News Agency that the Army units are striking positions for the rebels in Aleppo in order to prevent delivering arms and ammunition.
The source indicated that military enforcements are to arrive in Aleppo, saying that this very battle will take a long time.
On the other hand, the reporter of The Guardian Newspaper, Martin Tsholov, confirmed on his Twitter that the Syrian Arab Army has stroke the HQs of Free Army in Aleppo, the very hit which left huge losses upon the militants’ ranks.
