Hillary Clinton funded FSA/Al Qaeda firing and civilian houses, apparently she gives them a bonus for every house they destroy and a double bonus for every civilian they kill. Triple if they kill a child. Just another 23 million for her to kill for her to stop the Syrian people voting Bashar back in.
