Are FSA Terrorists Using White Phosphorus in their Terror?

Recent footage from the Mengh Military Airport battle shows the terrorists of the “Free Syrian Army” (FSA) potentially utilizing white phosphorus in their mortars or perhaps another chemical or incendiary material, as can be seen in this footage.
