The Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) released sickening photos showing the execution a Syrian man on charges of cooperating with the US-led coalition. Abdulhadi Essa al-Salem was stabbed right in his heart before shot directly in the head.
The victim was publicly crucified in streets before mercilessly executed. The shocking tragedy took place at the group’s de facto capital of Raqqa, which has been under its grip since January 2014. The organisation has previously executed dozens of its adversaries, including activists and journalists, on charges of ‘cooperating with crusaders and infidels”.
Abdulhadi Essa Salim was charged with ‘spying for the Crusaders’ The execution was carried out on public; a common practice by ISIS to intimidate the locals.
