Hama, Syria (11:30 A.M.) – The Syrian Arab Air Force carried out 4 powerful airstrikes on Saturday morning that targeted an Islamic State of Iraq and Al-Sham (ISIS) convoy traveling through the village of ‘Uqayrbat in east Hama.

According to a field report from the Hama MIlitary Airport, the Syrian Air Force’s 4 airstrikes destroyed a total of 8 armored vehicles, including one of the terrorist group’s BMP tanks.

The Islamic State’s death toll from the airstrikes in ‘Uqayrbat is unknown; however, the Syrian Air Force had prior knowledge of this convoy’s movements, which made this attack far more efficient.

The Syrian Air Force continued to pound the Islamic State’s positions in eastern Hama, striking several sites in the eastern countryside of Al-Salamiyah.
