BEIRUT, LEBANON (9:00 P.M.) – The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) is rolling in the eastern countryside of Aleppo, liberating large chunks of territory from the remaining Islamic State (ISIL) forces.

Led by the Tiger Forces, the Syrian Arab Army managed to liberate another village in east Aleppo on Saturday after overrunning the exhausted Islamic State terrorists south of Al-Bab.

According to an Al-Masdar field correspondent, the Syrian Arab Army liberated Sheikh Dan in the Al-Bab Plateau, killing and wounding several Islamic State terrorists in the process of this recent advance.

With Sheikh Dan liberated, the Syrian Arab Army is now less than 5km south of Al-Bab, leaving the village of ‘Aran as the only thing between them and this ISIL stronghold.
